The day after we arrived home from Disney World, we spent the afternoon at Andy B's celebrating Cade's birthday. The kids bowled, ate pizza and cupcakes, played arcade games, laser tag, and drove go carts. We always love celebrating with the Rich family.
Katherine fell asleep with her prizes on the way home.
We spent a few days recovering from a busy week of vacation. If we ever need a vacation after our vacation, it's after our Disney trips.
Elisabeth and Katherine attended Sarah's birthday party at Elisabeth's gymnastics gym. She had to show off all the skills she's working on.

This is what my Disney World recovery mostly looked like. Piles and piles of laundry.
Our Co-op was canceled the next day, so we met up with some friends at the park. The boys organized a big football game.
We had our annual Valentine's Dinner/treasure hunt the day after Valentine's Day. We always have cheese fondue for dinner.
The kids were ready for their treasure hunt as soon as dinner was over. It's getting harder and harder to come up with clues for them. I thought my clues would be hard for them, but they figured all of them out way too fast. They're getting too smart!
After the treasure hunt we had our annual chocolate fondue for dessert.
Our sweet little Valentine's traditions are my favorite.
I turned 37 in February too. We went out to dinner with some friends the night before my birthday, and then celebrated with the kids on Saturday. Matt took them to Dollar Tree to buy me presents, and Elisabeth bought me pretzels. Love her thoughtfulness!
We went out to dinner as a family to celebrate. On President's Day, Matt spent the day installing a new bluetooth speaker system in my car while I spent the day visiting with Brooke while our kids played. It was a great birthday!
We were able to have a playdate with the Dalmans in February too. Coordinating schedules with all our school and activities can be a challenge, so we're always grateful when we can get together!
The kids started this Best Day Ever tradition years ago, and it's still going strong every time they get together.
Elisabeth needed to document her tower she built with Magna Tiles.
At the end of February, we met up with two of our favorite families at a church gym in Edmond. The kids had a ball playing in the gym. All of my kids have talked and talked about how much fun they had. They were able to play with all the equipment- balls, scooters, wagons and ropes.
Meanwhile, the adults were able to play games and visit with minimal interruptions. It was such a great day and a great way to end a fun month!
